When parents and carers work together in early years settings, the outcome has a positive impact on children’s learning and development. Parents and carers are the child’s first role model and we strive to build strong relationships to support the children whilst in our care to become independent, inquisitive with aspirations.
Throughout your child’s time at our setting, we will observe and monitor your child’s progress and this will be recorded on Famly which allows you 24 hour access to your child’s progress.
Communication is a two-way process, and we would encourage all parents/carers to upload comments, pictures and their children’s latest interest so we can incorporate this information into the child’s learning.
We will continue to send out newsletters and parent notifications electronically. Our team are always happy to help with any questions you may have.
We aim to ensure your child’s introduction to our setting is as stress free as possible. Once a place has been reserved, you and your child will be invited to attend a number of settling in sessions to ensure your child’s transition into the nursery is a positive experience.
