About Us

We are extremely pleased to welcome you to Barton Day Nurseries. We are a family-owned nursery with 2 nurseries based in Fazakerley and Halewood. We are an established and inclusive nursery with a fresh face. Both nurseries have undergone big refurbishment programmes which has created fantastic environments for the children to learn and develop in safe and stimulating settings.

We employ fully qualified, experience and committed staff who are passionate about children’s learning and development and supporting them to exceed their expectations. We encourage all children to explore and play and widen their experience and knowledge of the world around us.

Our Staff

Meet our Staff

By following the safer recruitment strategy, we ensure we select the right staff for our setting and children. Our management team, which has over 50 years’ experience within the childcare sector, is supported by a highly qualified, highly motivated and highly experienced team. By working together, we offer the best possible start to each child in our setting.

All staff hold pediatric first aid and have been DBS checked prior to joining the nursery. We are committed to staff continuous personal development, with staff attending courses such as safeguarding, behaviour management, supporting children with special needs, health and safety and food hygiene. We have a qualified Special educational needs coordinator who is trained to ensure we are meeting the needs of all children.
